RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be notified via email within 7 days of receiving the delivered goods. All returned items must be in new/unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service on info@sanitechonline.co.za to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

We will then proceed to have the item couriered back to our National Warehouse for inspection.

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by Sanitech should the return be a reason of the business for damaged/tampered goods delivered.

Return shipping charges will be for the responsibility of the customer should the return be for any other reason than stated above.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return, kindly allow 10 days for processing of your refund or store credit. We will notify you by email when your refund/store credit has been processed.
